With the continuous development of technology, the application of computers in mechanical auxiliary design, modern CAD/CAM, FMS, and CIMS are widely used in CNC technology. CNC machine tools have gone through five development stages since the successful development of the United States in 1952. With the increasing maturity of microelectronics and computer technology, the development of CNC technology in my country has been promoted, and the successful development of the domestic CNC system has been successfully developed, which has guaranteed my country's CNC machine tools in terms of quality and performance. Because CNC machine tools have the characteristics of strong adaptability to workpieces, high processing accuracy, and improved productivity, they have been promoted and applied in various fields.
CNC technology has been widely used on sheet metal machine tools. It solves problems such as high component accuracy, complex shapes, and large batch in sheet metal processing. CNC sheet metal machine tools include CNC shear machines, CNC laser cutting machines, CNC punch, CNC bending machine, welding machine, flame cutting machine, etc. Their application in production has greatly improved sheet metal processing capabilities, guaranteed sheet metal parts in quality and output, and greatly reduced the labor intensity of workers.
The cutting plate is the first process during sheet metal processing, and the accuracy of the feeding directly affects the processing quality of the subsequent process. The application of the CNC shear machine ensures the difference between the size and the cornering line of the feeding. CNC shear machines are composed of CNC devices, servo systems, measurement devices and machine tools.
The servo system is composed of three servo motors and servo drivers. There are two servo motors in front of the machine tool. Usually a main motor work alone, and the processing range is 2-500mm. If the processed oblique edge work, the CNC system gives two different instructions to form a sloping edge. After positioning, there is a servo motor, which mainly processes large board products, with a processing range of 150 to 4000mm.
